In order to keep abreast of all developments in the School / College, a representative from Overseas Boarding School Services (OPDS) will attend various functions at the institution. These will typically include:
- Speech Day
- Parents' Evening
- Meetings with Headteachers
- Meetings with Housemaster / Housemistress
- Visits to meet students
In addition, OPDS will be in contact with the School / College on a regular basis and visit the Academic staff on average twice a year to ensure we are well aware of changes to personnel, accommodation, dining arrangements, security matters and the academic performance of each student.
