Responsibilities

School / College Responsibilities

1. To assume overall responsibility for the welfare of the student during their period of tenure at the College.

2. To provide a suitable academic programme to meet the needs of the individual which will prepare them as best as possible for higher education.

3. To provide suitable guidelines for students to follow which will enable them to settle into College life and obtain maximum benefit from their time there.

4. To exercise a fair and consistent policy for all students regarding academic, moral and social standards expected of them.

5. To communicate efficiently and effectively at all times with students, their parents and guardians.

OPDS Responsibilities

1. As documented in the Guardianship Requirements Form and Guardianship Mandate Form.

2. Maintenance of good records.

3. Maintain up-to-date database on every student.

4. To assist with arrangements and support during accident or illness.

5. Willingness to fairly represent the student when required to do so. Note that this does NOT necessarily mean to take the student's side.

6. Not to promise anything we cannot deliver.

7. To deliver everything we promise, to the highest standards possible thereby obtaining complete confidence from the students and their parents.
