1. Each tour is based on a minimum of ten people and hotel prices during the ‘high season’ (ie between 1st April and 31st October).
2. Lower rates are available outside these dates.
3. The quote covers services from arrival when you are met at London Heathrow Airport until your departure. All you need extra is your spending money.
4. All accommodation is in 3* plus and 4* hotels and three meals are provided every day, including full English breakfast.
5. You will have the services of an experienced driver/guide who speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
6. UK invitation letter is provided for your visa purpose.
7. Once 10 members have been found for a tour, an initial, non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Tour Value must be paid to O.P.D.S. This is required at the latest within 21 days of the start date of the tour and O.P.D.S. must be informed of the transfer on the day it takes place.
8. The balance is payable within 7 days of the start date of the tour. O.P.D.S. must be informed of the transfer on the day it takes place. A receipt will be issued for the funds received.
